You will be well informed by phone but wait times are normally from 15-35 minutes depending on location. We generally don’t travel outside of our catchment area so it shouldn’t be too long of a wait.

Our standard charge for works completed without parts, or entry services is usually £85 but only chargeable upon successful completion of entry or otherwise. Parts are charged additionally at a very reasonable rate, explained clearly upon visit, and not always required.

Yes, providing we have availability we do respond to emergency calls as quickly as possible. We can also refer you to our trusted partners in the event that we are already on an existing job and unable to get to you in time.
